Vatsika Career Fair

Valtsika Career Fair 2024 is tailored for international students and alumni of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Helsinki, along with companies, organizations, and alumni/staff of the Faculty. Conducted entirely in English, this career fair offers a unique opportunity for participants to engage in meaningful discussions, explore collaboration opportunities, and gain valuable insights into potential career paths.

 

The event comprises two dynamic parts:

• Pitching sessions:

Selected students pitch their thesis ideas.

Selected organisations may pitch either their trainee program, thesis ideas or other chosen collaboration opportunities to the student.

 

• Open Fair:

Organisations, students and academics can get together at the organisations’ stands at the Open Fair to discuss collaboration options.

 

Valtsika Career Fair 2024 boasts the presence of prominent companies, including BDO Finland, Helsinki Incubators, Moniheli, and TBC. 

 

Participation is free of charge, but registration is required by 22.02. This event is organized in collaboration between Career Services and the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Helsinki.
