We are looking for our client to enhance their skills in Espoo SERVICE DESK-in customer service We offer you the opportunity to develop the Service Desk expert in international organization, which offers you excellent opportunities to develop the IT professional.
Job function is to guide users in different situations, as well as to solve the problem in Active Directory, software and peripherals related problems. Furthermore, the task also includes different installations. Located in your working hours on weekdays between 6-22.
We are looking for customer service, thrive in, brisk and cheerful person who has little previous work or internship experience in IT support and other IT tasks. In addition, an understanding of Windows and Office products, and IT-related training courses (eg, IT-Diploma in Computer Science or Bachelor of Business Administration), as well as excellent English and Finnish language oral and written skills.
