University of Jyväskylä Library invites applications for the University Library is a world-class research and teaching in terms of a central research infrastructure. The library is active in the development of scientific knowledge of the environment, and is responsible for the university’s research, teaching, learning and social interaction between the services required. Publications at the university include the promotion of the library functions.
The library operates that cultural material on the basis of the law filed by domestic knowledge. The library’s online services develop and maintain a library of information systems and network services, and support of the library services. A team consists of three people. An information työsuhteinen made from 01.06.2013 until further notice the university library web services. An information task focuses on the library’s online communications and services in the design, implementation, maintenance and development. Information specialist is responsible for the fact that the library’s website, social media tools, e-learning materials and library systems create a customer-friendly whole campus environment.
The library’s web team member participates in all the library information specialist information systems maintenance and development of the main responsibility of Web systems. You will adopt a role of a university degree, good English and Finnish language skills, and work experience in network communications services, the development and maintenance tasks. Benefit shall be the experience of social media and e-learning environments, programming skills, library information systems maintenance and development experience, knowledge of the university environment, information science subject studies, as well as good interpersonal skills. Information specialist work specific salary component is determined by the university salary other staff on the job grade level 9 (2 825.09€/ Month) basis. In addition, on personal performance salary component based on a maximum of 46.3% of the job section.
