We are steadily growing Swedish customer service company that now opens new office in Turku, where we will manage customer service and switchboard services and support for businesses in most sectors, blah IT, Media, Tourism industry, Telecom, Finance, Insurance, Law firms and others. We are looking for someone who wants to work with incoming calls to customer service. You want to work in teams and develop as a person.
You wont have to put the customer at the center and enjoy working with the phone as a tool with clients.
Basic Requirements: You speak and write Swedish and English fluently and have good computer skills. You are interested in sales, passionate about providing quality service and have a high sense of customer service. As a person you are careful, organized and good at taking their own initiatives.
