We are looking for an Area Manager, North Europe (Agronomy / Microbiology) for a permanent position in an international biological plant care company. You can be located in Finland or in company’s northern Europe markets, for example in Denmark or Germany.

The Company specializes in supplying biological plant care products, biostimulation and biofertilization products that improve productivity and plant vitality, without releasing pesticide residues into the environment. Biological plant care utilizes nature’s own methods for the prevention of plant diseases and pests. Pathogens are controlled by their natural enemies – microbes isolated from nature. Biostimulation is another method used to improve plant resistance to disease and stress. Biofertilization optimizes soil resources to stimulate root growth, permitting better mineralization of the organic matter and solubilizing minerals already present in the soil, but in forms that cannot be assimilated by plants. Job description You will be a key point of contact for agricultural clients in Northern Europe. Your work tasks are to sell, consult and support the agricultural sector clients with biological plant care products. You are also involved in commercialization of new biological plant care products in the European market. Qualifications Our customer requires a degree in natural sciences, preferably agronomy or microbiology.

You are sales orientated and you have solid experience in business , marketing and conducting field trials within the agricultural sector. You also have experience in advisory and technical support in plant production. You communicate fluently, both orally and in writing in English and German, Swedish is a plus. As a person you are outgoing, customer oriented and interaction-talented. You have good team working and communication skills. You are used to work related travelling and working independently.
