We are looking for the heart of Helsinki located in a cozy office to a full-time, French, Spanish or Italian-speaking member of staff for on-line telephony and Internet channels cell for handling reservations.

The work includes. e-mail and telephonic customer service, the Amadeus queues handling and control. Sine qua non for the Amadeus reservation system competence and fluent French, Spanish and / or Italian, as well as Finnish or English language skills. The work begins as soon as a suitable candidate is found.

Supersaver is a Finnish Internet travel agency that provides scheduled flights, hotels and car rentals.  We do not care about other tour packages or boat trips. We strive for high productivity and efficiency. Internal processes are automated as far as possible by means of modern information technology.
