BIS is now looking for motivated, hardworking individual who is ready to work contribute his/hers individual strengths in Workplace and Support team with co-operation of external and internal service providers. Your goal is to drive high user satisfaction with the IT support for providing cost efficient and standardised workplace and support services to end users. You are working closely to develop Workplace and Support services with other central teams with measurable targets. Service Management – Lead operations according to global delivery standard – Coordinate/Monitor operational SLA/OLAs with suppliers – Ensure coordination and cooperation with other teams, suppliers and partners and with business/customers – Bring in new ideas for improving your service for users – Reporting on Service performance and other metrics and KPIs – Budget and cost follow-up as well as other administrative tasks Project management – Initiate, steer and/or manage projects and small enhancements in your service area – Run changes and projects according to the Change Management and Project Portfolio Management processes and tools

Qualifications
Requirements – Have good verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish – Have experience in implementing improvements to IT support services – Have a good understanding of IT support frameworks, including incident management, problem management, change management, service level measurement and reporting. – An understanding of or qualification in ITIL would be an advantage. – A technical understanding of the standard workplace infrastructure used in Stora Enso – Solid analytical thinking and capacity to view things from a wider strategic perspective – Be able to demonstrate strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to build and maintain working relationships with customers at all levels – Interested in developing him/herself and others – Flexibility and readiness to travel – Strong leadership skills
