We are looking for new sales terms, high-quality customer service advisors adept SERVICES Advisor permanent employment task is to serve Our customers Sonera’s broadband customers by telephone and email.
Myynnillisyys is an essential part of the job, and one of your tasks is to ensure that the principal customers have the best possible solutions at their disposal. The task is permanent and part-time (minimum number of hours of 20 hours / week). Hours of work are placed on weekdays from 7.50 to 20.15 and on Saturdays from 8.50 to 16.45 between.
We expect you to work in customer service experience, sales-oriented attitude, good social skills, good oral and written expression skills, negotiation skills, school-level Swedish service, good English language skills, as well as the sponsor’s products and services, knowledge of or interest in the sector.
