VIP- Juicemaker is a fast growing and dynamic beverage company mainly active in the development, production and sales of fruit juices, fruit and carbonated soft drinks for national and international private label and contract manufacturing customers.

Vip-Juicemaker Oy is a full subsidiary of Refresco Holding BV, an European group, which has factories in Finland, Germany, The Netherlands, France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, UK and Poland. VIP- Juicemaker, having a turnover of EUR 62 million in 2012 and employing 100 people, is located in Kuopio. We now offer a full-time job for a professional and business oriented R&D MANAGER Who is responsible for product development, product planning and partly raw material sourcing. We expect the candidate to be a customer oriented professional. We appreciate innovative thinking, an independent working approach, result orientation, initiative, planning and organisation skills. Position requires a person who is fluent in English, willing to travel and ready to live in the Kuopio area. Experience in the food, dairy or beverage branch is also an advantage in the position.

R&D Manager reports to the Commercial Director.
