KJ-Property Management Ltd is a private and independent, 20-person property management specialist company. We provide management services to professional investors in the real estate and premises. Customers with both Finnish and international companies.
Lead to the approximately 1 million. m2 for the different types of office space. Our focus is on the metropolitan area, but we have also to other parts of Finland. We are the market leader in the management of business parks.
Our operations are guided by our values are customer satisfaction, transparency and professional. We are now looking to join a youthful office assistant, office managers to act in support Kannelmäki from the office.
The field consists of mm. functions such as: – customer communication with domestic and foreign customers – present and communication materials Updating and maintenance – website update – the company’s management by assistantships – Office manager tuuraus – document management – translation (English / Finnish) – real estate properties related specifically agreed in blocks – other office managers assist the daily assistantships We look forward to you – a spontaneous and structured approach – strong English oral and written skills – Good IT skills, especially in Word and Excel – an open, healthy and social attitude – and cooperation, and teamwork skills – Office 365, working knowledge is an advantage; – suitable for the task Bachelor’s level training we offer you – a rich and challenging task field – work in a comfortable workplace
