The Legal Register Centre shall have the right administration of the Ministry of the agency, which is responsible for:
1) serve as the legal administration of the Ministry of information and records registrar and provides the administrative sector of the authorities on information given by other authorities,
2) take care of fines, confiscation, charges and claims of executive functions and the use of state to speak in these tasks,
3) to take care of the administrative sector of the Ministry of Justice on behalf of a unit for research purposes for the maintenance of registers and their associated tasks,
4) to take care of the administrative sector of the Ministry of Justice information systems maintenance and development of cooperation with the government agencies as a service contract has been agreed. The Legal Register Centre provides the services necessary for themselves or obtain them from other service providers.
Job Description: The post holder will work the Legal Register Centre’s Systems Development and Project Services Division. Initially, a person’s duties related to criminal sanctions now the customer information system project (RISE ATJ), as well as the prosecution and the courts of general workflow and document management development project (AIPA). Tasks include systems to respond to the requirement specification work and work-related requirements specification methods for learning and development.
We look forward to the applicant: Job successful management requires an appropriate higher-level information systems or IT-related degree. Position requires a strong expertise in information systems requirements definition and software development, excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills and a desire to develop their own knowledge of a group.

The work necessary language skills: Knowledge of languages is a requirement excellent oral and written skills in Finnish and Swedish satisfactory oral and written skills. English Language Proficiency is also a function of the performance advantage.
Salary basis: Task-specific basic salary is at the level of complexity 14M (2850.13 euro), in addition to be paid a salary component based on personal performance (about 20-35% of the basic salary). Applicants criminal records check.
