Job Description

Finland Governing Body of Suomenlinna is a government agency that maintains and develops the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Finnish Palace. Governing Body is responsible fort, buildings and landscape restoration and management, commercial and residential leasing and object presentation to visitors, as well as the use of comprehensive development.

We want to be internationally recognized authentic sea fortress, of which Finland is proud of. Finnish castle Governing Body consists of three core processes: the maintenance of the castle Finland, Finland restoration of the castle and the World Heritage-generating services, and support services for the management and legal services process.

Each main process to form their own unit. Office / mission statement: The supervisor was located in Finland Governing Body of Suomenlinna maintenance unit. Maintenance Unit is responsible for property management, environmental management and property management, as well as within the scope of the contract preparation. Hosting of the task package includes real estate property and safety of residents, renting and office management, landscape maintenance, renovation and maintenance. Property maintenance task package includes cleaning, maintenance, and inventory management. Foreman is the maintenance department of environmental management to carry out the workers’ immediate superiors.

Responsible for the mm. comprehensive environmental management of the practical work, fortress landscape maintenance, management of natural areas, the parks maintenance, tree care, road maintenance, kaupunkivyöhykkeiden and infrastructure maintenance, real estate yard work, waste management, and transportation services. Position will be filled from 01/01/2013 or by appointment.

We look forward to the applicant: a task suitable for horticultural training (for example, a horticulturist Bachelor) or experience in similar tasks. Task management requires sound managerial experience. We look forward to a strong familiarity with the practical work, as well as a particular interest in the cultural-historical environment to treatment. Successful management of the action requires a solid addition to the skills an active approach to manage and develop a World Heritage fortress landscape. Employment benefits: Sports and culture vouchers, employee vouchers salary criterion: Remuneration is determined by the Office of the salary. Task-related pay is 2304.94 e, and in addition will be a personal salary component, which is not more than 43% of the job’s salary. New person in their personal salary of experience and know-how that 19 – 27%. In addition, supervisors are paid more which is 5-8% of the job’s salary.
